We are a specialist landlord who source and help manage accomodation for vulnerable adults. We provide housing related support and ensure a safe place to call home. We offer flexible solution to housing for people who need an ordinary housing environment within the community for social inclusion and for people with learning/ mental health disabilities this option can be a straightforward short or medium term solution to being housed and living in the community. It can work well for those who want to try out independence, develop life skills, whilst living with other people without making long term commitments.
We provide suitable accomodation to ensure that people are able to access quality housing and maintain successful tenancies.
For tenants we also provide housing related support to people if needed.
